De-personalize -remove personal pictures and religious artifacts.

 

Repair -leaky faucets, broken windows, ripped screens etc.

 

Paint -make the place look fresh!

 

 

 

Clean -make the place sparkle!

 

 

 

Landscape -plant flowers, mow the grass. Give the place curb appeal!

 

Pre-Inspection -find out what the buyer will find (about $250.00)

 

After Listing -keep the home picked up and clean and available for showings. DON"T DECLINE SHOWINGS!
