Hometown: Aurora, Colorado where I grew up. Born on the western slope and lived in Hotchkiss, Colorado on an apple farm until I was 7.

Years of Experience in Real Estate: Since January 2006 (I sold broadcast television and professional audio/visual equipment for 30 years.)

Favorite Neighborhood: Southmoor Park

Favorite Denver Landmark: The Capitol

Favorite Philanthropy(ies): Denver Symphony Orchestra

Favorite Time of Year: When the Broncos are playing!

Favorite Outdoor Activity: Scuba diving

Favorite Place in Colorado: Ouray (This area in southwest Colorado with the Sangre de Cristo mountains is the most beautiful area that I have seen in the world.)

Favorite Day: Thursday (there is only one more day until the  weekend!)

Favorite Book: Anything by John Grisham

Favorite Cocktail/Beer: Wheat beer

Favorite Pair of Shoes: Hiking boots (they are so comfy.)

Favorite Movie: Titanic

Favorite Band: The Moody Blues (remember them?)

Favorite Season: Spring (it evokes feelings of hope and optimism.)

Fun Fact: My initials are LRB. Some people call me Lurb. That has morphed into Italian: LRB-O, and then into Jamaican: LRB-O-MON. And of course, my handwriting (which isn’t good) is called Lurbonese. 

School(s): Aurora Hinkley High School, University of Denver

First Job: Basketboy at Moorehead Pool (I was a “human” locker. I handed out numbered pins to people in exchange for their basket of clothes.) 

Favorite Local Restaurant: Ajuua Mexican Restaurant- great food and marguritas!
